Tasha the appointment manager and the maintenance is great I live in many apartments this is the best place I ever lived far as an apartments complex maintenance is done on time quick right away Tasha is great anytime that you call she’s concerned for your needs and she make sure she take care of you

In the middle of getting things ready for an out of state relocation and selling our house, we had only 2 weeks to find a 2 beds / 2 bath apartment located at a first floor. Natasha ( Property Manager) in a very professional and courteous way assisted with a unit available which could suit our needs. In the process, the apartment was being upgraded and she was transparent with us regarding the possibilities of getting or not all the upgrades within such a short moving date needed. At the end, she managed to make it all work between the contractor and rest maintenance team to get everything done for our moving day. Thank you Natasha for your outstanding service, for accommodating everything make it happened and for welcoming us in such a great way!!!

The staff and maintenance man Eric have always gone out of their way to make this a good place to live. The only noise I’ve had to deal with, is some from the traffic. But, you get used to it. I’ve already recommended the apartment to some friends who are looking and have already considered renewing my lease when the time comes.

It may not happen much .... but I would like to take this time to thank you guys for an excellent service, and we are greatly appreciated with the response time in handling the water heater situation. The maintenance guy is very friendly and polite. Keep up the good work.
